If the scheme is approved, work is likely to commence in 2008 and be completed in 2014. Even if phase one is completed, this will be a successful outcome as each
phase is not dependant on the next.
 

Phase 1 

  • Building a car park holding area and 1600m exhibition hall on the Holiday
    Inn car park.
